3. Quotes & Orders
- Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding order.
- A formal quotation will be provided after we’ve reviewed your enquiry.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or written confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to secure your order and production slot.
- Full payment must be made prior to delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Installation
- We offer delivery and installation services throughout Northern Ireland.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, material availability).
- Customers must ensure access to the site is suitable for delivery and installation. If in doubt, please discuss in advance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications and ensuring their site is suitable for the product.
- If groundwork or preparation is needed, it must be completed before installation, unless otherwise agreed.
- Killylea Woodcraft cannot be held liable for issues resulting from incorrect measurements or site conditions.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- As all products are bespoke and made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
- Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation after confirmation.
- In the event of a fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
